In 1991, owners Ed and Bonnie Tekampe chose Valrico when they relocated from Wisconsin and they have never regretted the decision. The Tekampe family includes two married boys Eddie and Andy.

Ants are one of the most common household pests in Florida. They are particularly annoying because they can nest inside structures, and appear in large numbers, often times in your kitchen or pantry. Many homeowners refer to these kitchen invaders as sugar ants. But did you know, in Florida, there is no such ant as a sugar ant.
