Guardian Self Storage

OMG picked up a friend at the storage unit who was dropping off of U-Haul and the nightmare begins. He was denied service to return the truck as it states on the U-Haul website to the inside of the storage unit and was told to do it online. When turning in the key the storage unit attendant wrote everything down on a piece of paper yet never checked the truck in he handed her the key and we left. Later was told by email confirmation that we needed to take a picture of the key and send that to however the website States you only need to use the online services on the offices are closed or after

Terrible customer service. I called for pricing and availability at location to store my belongings and the woman that answered the phone was beyond unprofessional. She refused to give me pricing and would not tell me what unit types she had available. Upon asking for her manager or corporate offices phone number, she hung up on me.

If I could give this "zero" I would.
I was redirected here after making a reservation to pick up a Uhaul.
After giving the man behind the counter my information he called a few numbers I suppose to confirm my reservation.
After calling he went back to working on whatever he was doing prior to me coming. I asked what was going on and what could be done but he ignored me. I asked again and he told me he couldn't get through and that I could cancel my reservation and go somewhere else.
Are you joking?! At this point we're almost 45 minutes in to my reservation and my helpers are getting anxious

Its a nice clean place.. they dont have a public restroom the Employees are Awsome people ....They Communicate with the Public. In a Mature and Professional Manner. as so in ther job Performance . They are Kind. And Patient ....and always ready to help others feel Comfortable. And less Stressed .All the Staff Appear. To be Peaceful. Even at times im not at my best. I, hope that the Owners Know they have GOLD RUNNING THEIR BUSINESSES. BECAUSE THATS PRICELESS....

FIRST TIME RENTING HERE... THE PLACE IS CLEAN B REASONABLY PRICED... THE CARETAKER IS A NICE GUY EASY TO TALK TOO...

Diane and the rest of the staff are amazing! Always willing to work with me with whatever I need. They make storing my property easy and safe.

We needed a rental truck, and this storage facility advertises that they rent Uhaul trucks. We filled out all the online paperwork, and printed out our RESERVATION that GUARANTEED US A 10-foot TRUCK RENTAL. Upon arrival, we were told by a sullen receptionist that "We ain't got no trucks." We received no apology. I do not recommend this business.

Security was virtually non-existent. The units were clean and accessible. Payment days weren't clear to personnel. Access was denied when it shouldn't have been. A computer problem.
