They have very friendly service, very helpful in getting you into a vehicle and unfortunate events sometimes happen. Although I have learned my lesson and will never trade in a vehicle anywhere again I was always treated with dignity and respect despite getting a car with some issues that were unforeseen. Needless to say they are kind respectful and seem to have best interests at heart when placing you and your family in a vehicle. Just a bad run or they would definitely get at least a 4star

I went there yesterday to look for a good first car, and let me tell you how amazing the service was!! If I could, I'd give more stars. Highly recommend. We were told by Dave in Tumwater that he could get us approved but the banks were closed because it was Saturday and he would follow up with us on Monday. We waited till that next Friday and ever heard anything. when we Called that Friday we were told to come down that we were approved and we made arrangements for Saturday morning once we got there we looked at less expensive truck and he seemed less interested in helping us and after 45 mins he says "If we had an approval somewhere else than we should do that" don't send us to come see you if you don't want to take the time

Let me start this review off by saying that they make their cars look WAY better online. My boyfriend purchased an '01 Lexus IS300 from this dealership in early March, we drove 2+ hours from Seattle just to check this car out, only to be slightly disappointed by the appearance - huge rusted crack in the paint on the trunk that was not noted in the pictures. We didn't care much about appearance, and figured we could get it professionally detailed in the future - no biggie there. I had such an amazing experience at this car lot!!! Been looking all day and being pushed to my limit by pushy salesman till I came here. Thad was amazing! He let me look, answered all my questions, even gave me some great resources to help me out with 2 of my personal vehicles! Stay as far away from this dealership as possible.
They will sell you a POS vehicle.
They sold my son a $13,000, 2009, 60,000 mile truck that needed the whole engine rebuilt a month and a half after he bought it.
Two weeks after he bought it the check engine light went on but we didn't have the money (because we just paid cash for a "newer" vehicle), to get it checked out. Also soon after he bought it, it started ticking and sounding bad when he started it.
Well we finally had to take it in because it was running so bad and the whole engine needs to be rebuilt ($2,800-$3,800
