Several years ago we purchased a Lang recliner from Milton. A month ago it stopped working, and I found there were two broken bolts on the floor, along with a spring. I replaced the bolts, but could not replace the spring. I called and spoke to “DON”, who said they would have to charge me $75. For a service call to pick up the chair for repair. I agreed and said I would even pay $200, as it was an expensive chair. He agreed to pick up the chair, but no one has shown up when they said they would. That’s been over a month ago, I’m no longer able to speak with “DON”, and just get the run

ABSOLUTLEY THE BEST!!!!
My mother purchased a bunk bed from Milton’s 6 years ago. We recently had to move the bed and we damaged the metal slats that the mattress rests on. We called Milton’s to get the model number of the bed so we could order another metal slat. The gentleman we spoke with was very courteous and beyond helpful. We were able to stop by the store to pick up some wooden slats to fix the bed. I told my mom how beyond friendly and helpful they were and she said “ I know!!!! That is why I buy all my furniture from them.”

I purchased a sleeper sofa from Milton’s in the fall 2020, we bought a Best sofa made in USA, paid extra for the memory foam mattress and fabric protector, all on Don’s recommendation. The sofa couldn’t be delivered until November due to the pandemic, we were finally able to use our new sofa in December (we were waiting until family members moved out to take it out of storage). The couch is a dude, fabric already discolored, cushions flat and look as if we have have it for years and forget sleeping on the so called better mattresses, it is so uncomfortable you might as well put it on the

Absolutely love the small town hands on experience they offer. I walk in the door and I’m immediately greeted by the owner. Don is always very attentive to his clients and their needs. Hard to find this level of customer service these days. I’ve been a customer for 25 years. I have no doubt if your new to the community you will get equal service! Shop local! Milton’s is the best!
