Horrible customer service! Fall short on every promise they make. Brag about all they have done with nothing to back it up.
We stopped into their store after admiring their product from outside. Spoke with Dawn and arranged for an in-home consultation. Paid the $150 that was to be used for the consultation but we if had them install that would be applied as a discount. Dawn came over and she did assist us with picking a paint color. I thought the consultation went extremely well. She bragged about how many homes she has done in the neighborhood and we really liked her opinions and we

They have tons of referrals and lots of houses they have done in the area.
We had them over for a consultation about what we wanted done.
Now they will not return any phone calls or emails.
I guess our backsplash and bathroom floor was not enough business for them.
We haven't been able to reach them in weeks and they haven't lived up to any of their promises.
