Hi, my name is Rob Terry and I am Senior General Contractor of First Choice Homes LLC. I have over 20 plus years of experience in the construction field as a builder/designer, and in home remodeling, in Louisville and Shelbyville; with experience in cabinets, roofing, siding, and flooring to name a few.
I am proud to be involved in our local chapter and previously served in the capacity as General Contractor. HFH of Shelby County began in 1990 with the desire to partner with the people of the community to help those in need of decent, affordable housing. Habitat sells houses to qualified families at no profit with zero interest loans.

I recently hired First Choice Homes (Rob Terry) to replace four rooms of carpet and tile 2 bathrooms. Rob's estimate came in quite a bit under all other bids for the same quality of carpet/tile. The work was performed to perfection and I could not be happier with the result. In short, it was Rob's honesty and enthusiasm that convinced me that he and his team were the right men for the job. I will use First Choice Homes again for other home improvements. Highly recommend!
