I could not have had a better experience from start to finish. Noor was a wonderful sales rep. that I would highly recommend working with. His communication was prompt and detailed. We live two hours from the store, so our entire transaction was by phone, text and even ZOOM. We had a carpet runner installed and the two gentlemen who installed it were wonderful! It looks beautiful, they cleaned up so nicely. I can't say enough good about Noor and the whole experience! I HIGHLY recommend Weston!

After having a negative customer service experience with The Carpet Workroom, another local provider, I contacted Weston Carpet & Rugs in Norwell. The experience from the start was top-notch. Expectations exceeded. Noor was very knowledgeable and worked with us on our overall vision and budget for our custom stairway and 2nd floor hallway runner. The installation team worked very precisely on the small and quirky stairs of our old home, and did a fantastic job cleaning afterwards. Also a huge selection of options here for area rugs and carpeting.

Excellent service, they offer house visits and will bring samples to help you decide on options for your space. Clients have used them for stair runners and area rugs. Great selection and many nice options in stock for quick turnaround and installation. They also do beautiful, high quality custom rugs. Noor is very knowledgeable and helpful!

Weston carpet is the best! Their customer service is beyond compare. Their prices were lower than the competitors and their delivery times were shorter. They also offer removal of your old carpet for a reasonable fee. My carpet arrived today and it's just perfect! One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time.

This is our second time using Weston Carpet. The first time we carpeted our stairs going up to the 2nd floor. This time we used them to do the entire finished basement. Both times, we were extremely happy with the quality and the service we received.

Ali is great to work with. He stands by what he sells and works hard to make everything "right' for his customers. We had him install a good deal of wall to wall carpet and it looks wonderful.

Overbearing and pompous "service", waiting to assess your price limit. Will not ever return. Rude, defensive. Try the rug merchant in rockland- friendly helpful accommodating, and open. Prices are better and you don't mind spending with such gracious folks helping vs bartering with you.

I have done business with Weston Carpets twice this year. I redecorated our living room, dining room & master bedroom. Ali was very accommodating, bringing multiple choices to my home! He made the process very simple!! He also worked well with the budget we gave him!
He worked so well with us that when we started to do the guest bedrooms and family room, he was my first call!!

I would highly recommend Weston carpet. They are professional, responsive and incredibly helpful in the selection process. Their installation was flawless. We are in the process of moving, and they were more than willing to work through my realtor to arrange visits to the house for measurement and carpet style recommendations. I had such faith in the planning process, I did not even bother to be physically there for the installation. Again, I highly recommend them!
