Let me start by saying that the quoted price was higher than other quotes, but we went with them because they seemed to do good quality work. From day one, they did not lay down anything on my wood floor to protect it (we had to ask). They laid the tile in the opposite direction of what was asked, and then proceeded to lie about the conversation that was had regarding what was asked. Mike, the owner, tried to tell me what I had said, which was not true. The tile was crooked, causing sharp edges when walked on. They therefore had to take out more than 50% of the tile to fix it. I just had TNT install engineered hardwood throughout my home. Not only was I impressed at the level of quality work, they were also timely, neat and courteous. Everything from the first phone call to the handshake and watching the team drive away was perfect. Mike, Phil, Roberto, Jose and Ulysses were all very profession and kind. The initial bid was very fair, the workmanship and final product are fantastic. I look forward to working with TNT in the near future for some other projects. The demo went well, but there was a delay when we realized the shower pan had to be hot mopped again. Mike came by every day to check on his team and discuss the work. He offered suggestions along the way, and eventually everything was completed. I have the floor tiled with wood grain ceramic tile, and the shower and bath walls tiled too. We have used TNT tile 3 times now!! Every single time we have been so impressed with Mike and his crew with the attention to detail. They are efficient, clean, and give us everything and more we have asked for. I highly recommend them! It's hard finding a good, quality tile man who can give you exactly what you want. We chose herringbone which is not an easy task and are very happy with our end results! Can't wait for our next project!!

Mike put in a new tile shower wall for me in my master bathroom. From the outset, he was helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. His crew was friendly and efficient and finished the job in 3 days.
The results are amazing and I couldn't be happier with my new shower. Mike checked in repeatedly with me throughout the process, which made me feel confident that this project was in good hands. Had a kitchen backslash installed & I couldn't be happier. Chris was the tile setter & he did a great job. We picked out our tile, grout & finishing strips, they installed. Mike, the owner had measured & told us exactly what amounts to get. It is a glass metallic tile & needed lots of cuts. Chris was a puzzle master in dodging outlets & under cabinet lighting. It came out even better than I expected. This is the company you want to do business with.

We needed a shower tile job completed ASAP for our handicap parents. TNT responded quickly to our request for quote, providing quote and getting us on the schedule. We used TNT to install tile in our master bathroom shower. Words can't express how happy we are with their service!! If you're able to work with Roberto, do so! Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and talented at his craft, but he was also professional and friendly! TNT Tile did an amazing job in removing old tile and installing new for the shower in our master bathroom. Owner Mike Toney provided very reasonable estimate for the work, and gave many helpful suggestions that lowered the cost while maintaining the quality we were seeking. His crew, Chris and Ulices were masters at their craft. Showed up daily at 8am and put in a full day's work daily until project was completed. Friendly young men, hard-working, and kept all work spaces very clean at the end of each day. Very very professional. We could not be more pleased with the finished product

I have not had them do work for me however I did call and inquire about having some tile work done. They were very helpful and informative and offered to come out for a free estimate. The gentleman that came out (Mike) was super efficient and helpful, which is rare from construction guys. TNT Tile ROCKS!!!! They tiled my bathroom 2 months ago and did a fantastic job after using the shower for a month I noticed the tile Border in my shower was losing its color I contacted Mike and he came out immediately to take a look and determined my tile was defective. He said he would take care of it and only charged me $75 to fix it which I thought was pretty awesome considering it wasn't his fault he told me to go find new tile and to give him a call which I did and they came out and fixed it they definitely go A Step Beyond and provide top-notch service !!!!!! TNT Tile and Stone was assigned as our installer by Installation Made Easy. From the beginning there were issues:
1) Installation Made Easy provided incorrect contact information for TNT, delaying initial confirmation of our appointment.
2) We explained the location of our property (Truckee, CA) and expressed concern that an installer from over an hour away had been assigned. Knowing this information, Rebecca from TNT confirmed the appointment and assured us the location wasn't an issue. On Wednesday before out measure, Rebecca emailed to cancel TNT's service altogether, saying

These guys are great! We had our guest bath shower and floor redone. Mike told us it would take three days. They started on a Friday and were finished up on time. He told us what time they would be there each morning and they were prompt and took care of business! My bathroom looks fantastic. I'm going to do my kitchen floor soon and I will definitely have them do the work!
