Where do I even begin with these clowns???? Received a proposal/contract from them and requested some changes be made to clarify and provide detail as to the scope of work. Pretty normal stuff here folks as in, what type of roof underlayment, drip edge and proper flashing etc etc. Right away I got push back from the person I was dealing with (Not a good sign) Needed a contractor asap so I took a chance.Took them forever and a day to show up. Granted we had a nasty storm come through the region but that's not an excuse. Weeks and weeks went by. Not a peep from them, not so much as text, phone call
