The product looks good... but when it comes down to it the customer service is a joke the sales rep is a pice of work I wont go into detail but do yourself a favor and find a better manufacturer. You know one who atcually answer phone calls and can sell you a product. I own a flooring company and these guys are a sad joke. Also NEVER tell them anything about you're project they will go behind you're back and steal job bids absolutely ridiculous business and they should be ashamed
