Washington State RCW 15.58.030(4) defines a Wood Destroying Organism inspection as being: "For the purpose of determining evidence of infestation, damage, or conducive conditions as part of the transfer, exchange, or refinancing of any structure in Washington state." We provide sanitation reports for both commercial and residential accounts for various purposes.
We are seeking a full-time and part time Pest Control Technician to join our team. We are looking for highly motivated self starters who are organized, able to multi-task, possess customer service skills and have a willingness to learn. This position is responsible for providing Integrated Pest Management solutions to our customers.

Called Eradipest at the first sign of sugar ants. They showed up on time, did a thorough inspection, and were super friendly and knowledgeable. It's been about a month since service and I'm still waking up to an ant-free house every morning. I signed up for bi-monthly service with these folks because they were awesome to work with and sugar ants never say die.

The guys did a great job on a crawl space full clean out after serious raccoon damage. Eradipest is an excellent pest removal company. They responded right away to my voicemail. They gave an early appointment and got rid of my wasps cleanly. They removed the queen, but if the wasps come back they will take them out again for free. The young man they sent was professional and kind. All in all, and excellent company and an easy experience for a nasty yellow jacket pest.

We called Eradipest about what we assumed were Red Termites in our home. Mike came out and investigated that day. He explained that the termites we'd found were scouts which had found no safe harbor here ... but he did find Moisture Ants under our home. He came back two days later and eradicated them. Very informative and responsive! Thank you, Eradipest!!!

You don't like to think about what bugs can do, until you find a pile of sawdust and you suspect you have a carpenter ant infestation. That was what we were facing so we called a couple of places to arrange to get some quotes.
Of all the places Eradipest was the quickest to get back to me and the first to schedule an inspection. On top of that they were able to schedule treatment before their competition were even able to come out for an inspection. They got our business. Top that off with friendly service, concern for our pet and great communication and you have a win in my book.
