Building Design is the center of Gienapp Architects' practice. We believe it's about providing innovative solutions to renovation, building design and tenant fit-up problems. Salem Metal is a custom specialty shop that offers a broad range of metal services including machining, laser cutting, punching and welding. After nearly fifty years in business, the company had grown to over sixty-five employees and was in need of a new facility that addressed the needs of employees, impressed customers and better showcased the company's updated, modern image.
The Danvers Town Hall is one of the town's most recognizable landmarks. The building was constructed in 1855 as a high school and is eligible to be listed in the Massachusetts Historic Register. Gienapp Architects has provided numerous services for the Danvers Town Hall to modernize and preserve this historic building while retaining its unique character.
Gienapp Architects has performed many services for Middlesex Community College. At the Lowell Campus's Federal building, Gienapp Architects determined the cause of ongoing water infiltration that was resulting in significant damage to the building, as well as designing repairs to make the building weather-tight.
