Services
Our service begins with a free in-home consultation and a very detailed estimate, provided by one of our friendly, no-pressure sales team members. No gimmicks. No phony sales tactics. Upon completing your install, the installers will walk through the home, show you the new windows and demonstrate their operation, making sure everything is to your satisfaction.
What a wonderful company! Gerald came out to give us a quote. He was so kind and professional and completely backed the Simonton product that they install. He had me sold, but we decided to gather two other estimates. Coughlin windows was the best price for the product. Less than 2 weeks after taking measurements, the installation crew arrived with our windows.
We do not repair windows or doors that were not originally installed by Coughlin Windows & Doors. And, we do not replace broken glass in windows and doors that we did not originally install either. We do provide estimates over the phone and/or by email. However, if installation is required, it is best to have one of our professional team members complete a site inspection and provide you with a free estimate.

In May 2021, my husband and I decided it was finally time to replace our31 windows and a sliding glass door in our home.
My mother had done replacement windows in her home many years ago through Newman and we really liked her windows (which are Milgard) and they held up very nicely over the years.
Both Newman and Milgard's customer service also had been excellent when we needed them.
We visited Newman and several other dealers who carried Milgard, but when we saw Simonton windows at Coughlin and another company, we were sold.
We also visited Anderson who makes a great product but we calculated

Have used these guys for many windows (hint: loyal and repeat client$$) over the years but my latest experience with them has been incredibly disappointing. Responses to simple inquiries have been incredibly unprofessional and inappropritate to ANY client, let alone a frstrated one with due to massive delays. Look elsewhere would be my recommendation.

All aspects of our experience with Coughlin Windows was great. We retrofitted several windows on our 60 year old house. The kitchen window provided some design challenges which we were able to work through with help from Coughlin. The install went smoothly and now we have beautiful new windows. We couldn't be happier!

Nat arrived to give us an estimate on some window replacements and he was very professional. He recommended we stop by the showroom and see their products. We didn’t know if our windows were under warranty from the original manufacturer and recommended we talk to Michael at their office. Michael was very informative and suggested we contact the manufacturer and ask if our windows were under warranty ( they were) and so we’re getting at no cost. They were helpful and honest, even though we didn’t do business this time , we will definitely do business with in the future.

I want to thank Diane in the office for her quick response and attentiveness regarding my garden window. The four gentlemen who came to my house both times were very courteous, professional in their jobs, friendly, and hard working.
