Scott Trantel is a friendly and professional HVAC expert. He installed our air conditioner quickly and we were saved on one of the hottest days of the year. I would recommend him to anyone I know. On the hottest day of the year my heat pump stopped working. Portland was in the middle of a heat wave and I feared that it might be days before it gets fixed.

Just had a new heat pump installed. Scott has been extremely helpful and patient with us, as we had a total of 3 estimates for different heating/cooling options over the last year or so before we finally got the recent work scheduled. The team that did the heat pump installation were on time, friendly and professional, carefully explaining options and being very respectful of the house. Scott was also kind enough to review the work and answer our questions the day after the work was finalized. Overall, super pleased and would highly recommend them.

Trantel was able to get me in fast! They sent two technicians out, Tristan and Cedric, they were very professional and pleasant. I would have them back again, in fact in having them back out in the spring to service my AC. Keep up the good work!

Everyone from the office staff to the technicians were easy to work with. They researched and recommended a replacement for the original cooling unit in a wine cabinet that was no longer working or repairable. Very happy with the work and how it was done. I would 100% recommend Trantel to anyone needing heating or cooling service’s. They know what they are doing and have competitive prices.
