Ample Home Improvements was assigned to my ceiling repair by American Home Shield after a leak caused damage. They were professional and prompt. I had a delay with the electrical work, and had fallen off their schedule. When they initially rescheduled me, it was after my scheduled time to list my home. Rhonda worked with me to get an earlier time and the technician completed the work expeditiously. I am really pleased with their work and their customer service. I recommend Ample Home Improvements for your household needs.

Absolutely the worst work I have ever seen. The job was to patch a hole in the ceiling from a plumbing leak. Basically, cut a rectangle from sheet rock, secure it to the ceiling, tap and plaster. Nope, this young gentleman stated he is a contractor and knew what he was doing. He proceeded to plaster the entire piece of sheet rock, leave plaster all over the floor, (and my driveway), and make my ceiling look worst than when there was a hole in it. When confronted the company never responded. Not a company that I would recommend.

My home warranty AHS sent this company to come and do a roof leak repair and they came out and spent a max of 10 mins looking at the leak inside the house and took a couple of pictures and then left and called and said they couldn't do the repair. So i called AHS a few days later who told me they had it as complete because Ample never called them to tell them they couldn't do the repair like they were supposed to and AHS had two different people try calling them to confirm and could not get an answer from them. I called them and got an answer and told them that AHS needed to hear from them that

I contacted this company through my AHS to complete the job the plumbers did in the ceiling. They asked if I wanted to get the dry wall sanded and painted after, they shocked me with an estimate of $675.00 to sand and paint a 12"x12" square. I laughed and said No thank you! Everyone is trying to make a buck. The technicians were early, which was good. They called 20min out. Very friendly and professional. It was a pleasure working with this company! Mr. Haywood from Ample Home Improvements was professional, punctual and provided top notch quality service. He was patient and took his time explaining exactly what he was going to do to ensure I knew exactly what I was being charged for. I cannot even begin to express how satisfied I am with the work that was done for me! He installed two chandeliers, built a custom fireplace and completed several other jobs around my new townhome.
