To assure customer satisfaction and peace of mind a Warranty protection program is available providing for the home "Buyers" protection on a newly constructed home for workmanship, and systems warranty. Systems defects to load bearing elements covered to the extent of being unsafe, unsanitary, or unlivable (per current HUD regulations).
