Services
One of the most frequently asked questions we get here at Locksmith Jersey City is how much is it going to cost? This is a very hard question to answer because every job is different. Every lock we come across is has a different level of security. Some locks are very easy for us to open and take only a minute or two.
It happens when you least expect it, and always at the most inconvenient times. You are, perhaps, running late for school with the kids or have places to be after running to the grocery store. No matter what the specifics of the situation are, it is always frustrating to be locked out of your car with the keys inside.
It is every homeowner or renter's worst nightmare: you walk into your home only to discover that all of your valuables have been taken. Strangely, it does not appear as though forced entry took place. In fact, the lock on your door seems to be entirely intact. If you have recently purchased a home, rented a new apartment or condo, or taken possession of a new vehicle, are you certain that you are the only one with keys?
When you purchase a new or used vehicle, you no doubt consider the "hidden" costs of your new purchase. There will be maintenance and oil changes, the cost of automotive insurance and gasoline, and of course, you must consider the expenses associated with rarer occurrences like accidents and other mishaps.

Okay I called inquiring about a lock to be changed for my apartment in my house. I called the office and they stated a technician would call me in a few minutes to discuss an ETA. The locksmith called and stated he could be here in approximately thirty minutes. He shows up within thirty minutes or so and I show him the door I want to change the lock. He tells me oh why change this lock just change the doorknob it's cheaper. I said well the key cylinder for the top lock is spinning from the outside of the door. I then said okay I'll change the doorknob but can you also fix the key cylinder

Called Locksmith JC due to an emergency with a lost car key. During the call I asked for a price estimate for everything in total and was told up to $300, maximum. On their website they also mention a service fee of $19. Before I got off the phone they told me they will send a guy and that it would take half an hour for him to get there. After almost an hour of no one showing up, we get a call from the guy coming telling us he'll be there in about 20-40 minutes. He doesn't get there until about an hour. The locksmith works on the key for almost three hours and tells us later on that he
