Purchased kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops with installation. Judy came out to my home to take kitchen measurements. 1-installer came out to install the cabinets and quartz and made dents in cabinets and couldn't seem the counters and used s
White sealant which stained the counter then covered up the damage. The lazy Susan are so small you have to turn the dishes and pots on there side to fit the narrow opening. Bedtime is unwilling to work with you after you buy. Don't do business with this company you will regret it. Very hard to communicate and they turn a blind eye. Bestile

I purchased 37 cabinets at the end of December, due to the holidays and a pending homeowners insurance issue, the cabinets installation was started last week. One of the cabinets was apparently previously used and damaged. I contacted my salesperson, Sarah. She asked me to text her photos and agreed that I should exchange it. I told her at that time that I would go in when my contracted open the rest of the boxes. We agreed that if there was any other damage that photos would be taken and texted to her. These guys are great!!! I live in West L. A. and they did two kitchen projects for me. Their cabinets and tile work are fantastic and so are their prices.

My friend recommended Judy from Bestile for my new kitchen cabinets. First, I looked at this yelp .. 2.5 stars!? I almost said " no thank you " . Then my other kitchen cabinet people flaked , so i decided to go see Judy. Things happen for a reason!!
Judy was very helpful designing my kitchen. Spice racks , lazy susan, trash area etc. Their prices are VERY GOOD if you wanna have simple kitchen. I purchased kitchen cabinets , sink and quartz countertop. I purchased cabinet pulls from amazon and they installed them for me.
Yes, installers don't speak English but they are very nice

He walked us through the potential layouts based on our measurements, came to check the kitchen's actual measurements once we provided a down payment, made all the necessary adjustments, and provided competitive pricing. He thoroughly and gently answered our many questions prior to and during the installation of our new cabinets

We were remodeling our kitchen and were looking for affordable cabinets with reasonable qualities. I was a little discouraged by several of the negative reviews on this place on yelp. But after not finding the cabinets we like, I decided to give this place a try and I'm so glad that we came here.
Our designer is Judy. She's the most patient and knowledgeable cabinet designer we worked with. She helped us pick up a white shaker that we haven't seen elsewhere. Throughout our whole remodeling journey, we had to make frequent adjustments to the design, Judy is always very accommodating

Horrible and rude customer service basically liars!!!
Don't do business with this people. Failed to give me credit for the returned tiles and back splashes, They gave me broken lazy susan and it has bean 3 months they haven't't fix it yet. Employers are not licensed. Poor workmanship.
Unfortunatly i will have to complain and file application with Department of Consumer Affairs.

They only want your money!!!!! Don't ever use their contractor, they don't have license.
I use their labor to put the wood floor, less than 5 months, wood floor came off and pop up. I keep calling their office and they just ask me to call the workers. And none of them want to fix my problem. This is my worst nightmare ever!!!!! Hope their close down the business soon!!!!

They have low prices but the customer service is horrible and they tell you they have inventory but you go to pick up and they don't have all of your purchased inventory. We even called to confirm earlier in the week that they had all the inventory.
Buyer beware once you've paid. They don't care about whether you get your inventory or not. The sales people are useless in trying to get your inventory.

I called to ask what type of counter tops they carry. This is my conversation:
Me: good morning, what type of counter-tops do you carry?
Them: we open from 8 - 5
Me: no, not your hours, counter-tops. what kind you have?
Them: we have over 30
Me: that's great, but, what kind? I'm looking specifically for quartz.
Them: yes!
Me: ok, how much do you sell them for?
Them: $200 to $100 something like that.
WOW!!! Ok, I think maybe I should just give them a visit. Why? but, why would I do that? Well, since its such a LARGE warehouse

Can I give negative 5 stars? This place is a dump. No customer service whatsoever. They will only talk to you when you order. Extremely rude employees. The owner is the even worst. No wonder the employees are like that too. They don't even know their products. Not only they are not informative, they are not knowledgable regarding installation. The tiles they sell are also bad quality and I don't even have to an expert to know that. I will take my money else where.
