The readers of Indianapolis Woman magazine have twice voted Jacobs/Schneider their "favorite interior designers". Our work has received numerous awards including Indiana ASID Awards for Excellence and the City of Indianapolis Monumental Award for InteriorDesign. Janie Jacobs, ASID, graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design.
She has served the American Society of Interior Designers as Indiana Chapter president as well as in regional and national positions. Cheryl Schneider, Associate Member ASID, graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Merchandising and Marketing. After working in Fashion Merchandising and Buying, she completed an Interior Design degree at Butler University.
