If you like companies that are rude when they answer the phone and perform work with out being told to do so and then blindside you with an invoice 3 times what was quoted. Then this is the company for you. Also if you like late fees after authorizing payment. This is the company for you. I could recommend better places. Just grab an oldschool phonebook and look up plumbing or heating and cooling. Pick anyone else in the book but these useless ignorant money hungry people. NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY. I usually like to be wined and dined before I am...... forget it. Now they have wasted another 5 mins

We are in the process of a home reno and it was highly recommended to us to get our ducts cleaned, which probably hadn't been done in years! I called Kettmans and they got us scheduled right away within a week of calling. When the two guys came they were very professional and nice. They did a great job and we are really happy with the service we got!

I just want everyone to know that I have received some ridiculously good service from this company. Seriously. I am of German descent and my standards are disgustingly high for most companies. These guys went more than above and beyond to make sure than my family and I get the best service. The furnace and ac they put in work absolutely flawlessly and they made sure their bid was the best financially and in every other way. There was a very minor issue with the install and the owner himself came to evaluate the work his employees have done and everything was fixed immediately. I have never had
