Family-owned and operated, Cleveland Bass Movers and Storage was launched at the Naples Depot in 1969 when a local interior designer by the name of William Warren Roberts needed help facilitating moves for several of his clients. He gave our grandfather, Mr. Cleveland Bass, five-hundred dollars to buy a truck and some moving carts, and instructed him to start moving the boxes and bags belonging to the people who were coming into town by train.

We have moved many times over the years and Cleveland Bass provided our best experience ever. Our movers Justin and Ken were extremely professional, personable and patient. They showed extreme care in moving our valuables. They continually put us ease lowering the stress level that comes with any move. Cassandra who administered the logistics of the move was attentive and diligent with her explanations of what to expect.
If there was a rating higher than 5 stars they would have earned it.

I was amazed at how fast these guys were able to pack, load and unload my three bedroom home. Saved me a lot of headache and time. Friendly people. Took great care not to damage anything. I've used them twice and both times were top notch. They came recommended to me and I would do the same to anyone else.

Can't even express how pleased we were with our move yesterday. From beginning to end it was smooth. Cassandra was a great communicator, everything she said would happen did happen. The crew arrived on time as scheduled and greeted us with a smile which was appreciated as our move was an emotional one. They were extremely professional, respectful to us and our property. They went above and beyond to secure and protect our belongings and home. They communicated with us throughout and were extremely polite. They treated each piece they moved and wrapped with care. This family run business is fabulous! They handled 5 separate moves to 5 different states when my family was clearing out my mother's condo. All the furniture was totally wrapped, unlike my recent move, with another company, where the furniture had blankets thrown on it at best. Everyone at Cleveland Bass was lovely to deal with and bent over backwards to make sure we were updated as to arrival dates and to follow up to make sure everything was delivered without damage. As I told Cassandra, her family is like having an extension of my own family. I can't recommend them enough!
