We are committed to enhancing our clients' lives by taking out the weekend yard work! Imagine quality family time, rest, and binge watching of your favorite TV series. Leave the dirty work up to us! Similar to coming home to a bed made, you can receive the same joy of coming home everyday to a well groomed yard when you hire our lawn care service!
Whether you want mulch/pine straw/stones put down, or crepe myrtles trimmed, being on our annual plan gives you an automatic 10% off extra services! We will blow clippings from sidewalks, curbs, and roadways immediately after mowing, trimming and/or edging. Debris will be mulched, blown, and picked up from lawn areas in November through March as needed.
Mulch is one of the cheapest ways to increase your properties looks and market value. We purchase and spread Premium Mulch in a variety of colors that helps retain moisture in the soil, suppress weeds, keep the soil cool and make the landscape more attractive. Depending on the color choice you can go for natural colors or a contrasting color that compliments the exterior of the home.
Please pick up after your pets! Our equipment and workers do not enjoy being covered in waste getting kicked up by the equipment. If the dog waste is excessive and interferes with service, then there will be an extra charge on the job's invoice between $10-$20. Georgia Property Kings holds the right to halt or deny service for any reason.

Tameron King and his team do great work! From the initial consultation to every bi-weekly job, Georgia Property Kings Lawn Care Services is a "cut" above the rest. The lawn service was fine. But this company broke not one, but two fence gates during their work and failed to mention either one to me before leaving my property. I even asked company owner, Tameron and he confirmed that he knew about the first gate and said and I quote “probably should have said something”. Was fired without question after the second gate was off the hinges and nothing was mentioned and made no motion or effort to make it up. I recommend this company if you want your lawn cut on time but have no regard for the rest of your home.

Tameron and his team did a great job getting my overgrown plant beds in shape as well as clearing out leaves and debris in the yard. I can see the front of my house and use walkways again. I highly recommend their services and plan to use them for maintenance going forward.

My wife and I have had Tameron and his team maintaining our yard for about a year now. I became injured last year and have been in physical therapy for now a few months. Our lot is a large corner lot in Kennesaw. Our HOA has strict guidelines. Tameron and his team have been able to prevent warning letters and keep our lot look sharp and trimmed. GA Property Kings were very responsive and quick to provide thorough service! Tameron and his team helped us with a big cleanup of our yard a few weeks ago. The landscape of our yard is a bit difficult with steep grade, rocks, stormwater drainage issues (and our neglect), so we really appreciate the work and cleanup they gave it (leaf removal, tree and hedge trimming, grass/weed mowing/treating). The quote and adding a card on file was a very easy process. The crew that came out was on time and very professional. Tameron was able to come out, quote my yard work and was very professional. The quote was sent in writing which I preferred and his pricing was extremely reasonable/affordable. He arrived the day that was scheduled for the work to be done, finished within a couple of hours and my yard looked wonderful! He completes what was asked for him to complete, he cleaned up the area without being told to do so and I would recommend him to my friends and family ~ Job well done!!!!!
