Thomas Schaeffer Sr. learned the craft of woodworking in the Army in WWII, and afterwards he immediately put his new skills to work in the homebuilding industry.
We are proud to offer new homes that have earned the ENERGY STAR label. ENERGY STAR qualified new homes are substantially more energy-efficient than homes built to the minimum code requirements. Our ENERGY STAR qualified new homes are independently verified by a third-party Home Energy Rater to ensure they meet ENERGY STAR energy efficiency guidelines.

I was excited to find a land site& build a home &work with Schaeffer Homes to be closer to my family.
After few email exchanges and a phone call w/ Krista, who was initially helpful.She sent an intro email to the Finance person Marie, and
though I called and left a vm for Marie, I never got a call back, nor any response to the email.
A Saturday session was scheduled with Ashley Fortunato on Zoom for a quick overview. All that I got was a couple emails with a list
of signature prices vs legacy prices. What was included in the Legacy pricing was never indicated. I had several questions about
