Post Frame Buildings, also known as pole barns, are simple and economically ideal for uses such as detached garages, man caves, home shops, or storage for RV/boats/vehicles. These timeless structures can be erected with or without a concrete floor; a dirt or gravel floor is also an option with post frame buildings.

I have just completed my second project with NWA Metal Buildings. My original building was a 30x50 with 30x12 carport. I recently added a 30x42 addition to this and completing our home. Brenda & Jim Miller and their team have done a flawless job for us. Their framing crew is amazing. Detail, Detail, Detail. They clean up after themselves, and their craftsmanship is second to none in our area. Everything is square, even, neat and clean. Next year when we add a second building for a garage, they will be here to build it for me without question.

Brenda and her team are salt of the earth people. NWA Metal buildings built me a 30'x40' pole barn that is not only solidly built it is great looking too. From the initial phone call to the final walk through it has been a pleasure. The entire process was smooth and no real hiccups along the way. I can not say enough good things about Brenda and the NWA Metal Buildings team. From the moment I met with Brenda I felt extremely comfortable and knew that she had my best interest in mind. I had called and met with a few other local builders and they scoffed in my face when I shared my ideas and budget. Brenda showed genuine concern and helped educate me on costs and what I could achieve. I wanted a company that could do everything from start to finish. Leveling the property, concrete, building and electric. NWA Metal Buildings gave me a reasonable quote for the whole package and did a wonderful job. Brenda is easy to work with and she was always available if I had any questions. I’m very please with my 24x48’ two story shop building from NWA Metal Buildings. I needed a building for equipment storage, a woodworking shop, and a art studio / storage area. My wife an I spent about two months going through the design. Jim and Brenda had an innovative design solution that saved me quite a bit of money and was a better solution. I was kept informed of the build schedule and was given time to install the electrical feeders and other work to save me time and money. Great Company! NWA just finished a custom barn with a lean-to for us on our land off Wager Road. They were prompt, professional and really easy to work with. I would highly recommend them for any project. Scott, Chris and Cathy in the office are awesome- all wonderful and attentive to every step of project construction.

We are very happy with the product we received from NWA Metal Buildings. The company helped us getting our building permit and even helped us with a legal variance that we had to obtain for city legal requirements to get permission to build. They even attended the city hearing on the variance.
We did incur some un-forseen property damage with one of the subcontractors, but NWA Metal Buildings repaired this at no cost to us. With large construction of this type, we realize there is always the potential for issues to arise.

I bought a 40' x 50' building that they created a dirt pad, poured concrete and built the building. After they construction was finished, they took top soil and spread it all around, like the building was there all the time. They walked me through each step, what to expect and notified me of each step on when it will be completed. They took all changes that I made in stride, customized it to look exactly like I wanted. I would definately recommend this company to all my friends ! They did an excellent job....In the middle of winter. If the weather permitted, they were on the job
