Lou and his crew replaced an old sliding door with a glass door and sidelights and new bifold doors on reach in closets. Installation was great and the finish was excellent. Crewtook care as if it was their own home. Now what was a #2 bedroom is a cool music and dance studio/guest room.

Simple Visions built a new fence and re-built an existing fence at my property. They also did extensive drywall repairs. The quality of work was exceptional. They consulted with me as the project progressed. All of the employees that I worked with were professional and highly skilled. I would use them again on other projects and have recommended them to others.

The team at Simple Visions is responsive, skilled, and professional. They fixed the top trim of house, and found and fixed damage at the top of my house that was probably bringing water into my walls. Lou sent pictures of what they fixed, and you could see the before and after. The cost was double the initial estimate. But let's face it, when tearing into a 90-year-old house, you're going to find problems, and if you want to do it right, and make your house tight for the ages, you have to fix those unexpected issues. Simple Visions did a great job and I was grateful to have their talented team

We own a rental in Eureka that was having some window leak issue. We needed some repair work done in a bedroom where water was leaking in and damaging the plaster, and causing mold. He worked very quickly on an estimate, and even checked the nearby bathroom for the same problem, which he included in his quote. The estimate was also very descriptive and concise. Once we paid initial deposit and scheduled a start date, Lou and his team worked quickly and efficiently. He was very communicative with our tenants as well, and our tenants even commented that he was very professional and his work was done

Lou is terrific. He's worked on two apartments for me and done a wonderful job in both. He's reliable and responsive to what needs to get done (we needed the flooring in by the end of May and although it was a push, he finished on time by working weekends, which was really kind of him). He's willing to coordinate with tenants to cause the least disruption possible, and sends me pictures as he's working because I'm 600 miles away. Really, really good.

I hired Simple Visions to work on two homes, in the past few months. In the first home, they did ALL the work required to prepare it for sale, and completed it faster than the realtor and I anticipated. The second house needed urgent work, due to a fire. I sent them a picture of the damage, and they were here the next morning. They are prompt, professional, reasonable and I couldn't ask for better quality of work. Both Lou and Scott have been so kind, and made me feel comfortable about the work they were doing.

We had our bathroom remodeled last month and are extremely satisfied. They replaced the tile and bathtub with a new shower and cabinet, installed new flooring and pedestal sink, and corrected unprotected wiring discovered in the wall. They always showed up when he said he would, did what he said he would, had valuable suggestions, and finished ahead of schedule. They were a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to hire Simple Visions again.
