Small town businesses have several advantages. Sauder in Roanoke offers hospitality second to none. This was our first trip there but definitely not our last. MaryLou was friendly and knowledgeable but not at all pushy. We had shopped several other stores where almost all the choices were a 14 to 16 month wait with only a few available to buy off the floor. At Sauders it was the exact power couch we sat on and within a few days it was delivered ( at a modest charge) and placed right in our living room in a nearby town. Wade and assistant were just as cordial during delivery. The furniture is quality

Absolutely loved working with Mary Lou at Sauder's. I needed high quality furniture in a short amount of time. She was able to work with the layout and colors of my home and recommend options I never would have considered but ended up loving! I am beyond satisfied with the service and product from Sauder's! Very much worth the drive to Roanoke!!!! (The delivery team was equally professional and took great care with furniture placement.)

These folks are a classic example of why I search out small businesses in small towns. Better service, better products, better people. My parents were in need of some very specific furniture pieces to move on to the next chapter of their lives and we were fortunate enough to contact Sauder Furniture in our search. Skip was our first contact and he was very friendly, professional and gave us specific information regarding what they had in stock to accommodate our needs.

I bought all of my new homes furniture there. I told the salesman that I am four foot and eleven inches and I wanted to touch the floor in everything I was looking for. The salesman was so kind and he did not waste my time
I was so happy with him making sure he only showed me what I would fit in I wound up buying all of my front room furniture, my bedroom and my dining room furniture. I walked out saving money !!!! Happy woman

I was amazed at the quality of furniture at lower prices I found at Sauders after several national stores I had visited. No waiting 3 months for furniture to be delivered or arrive. I had my furniture in 4 days. They brought in and they set it up, it was wonderful . No pushy sales people! They were simply there to answer any questions that I might have had. Amazing selection and high quality furniture
