I got some windows and a door installed and I was very happy with the finished product. Anytime I had questions, the site staff were very professional and answered all questions I had. I would use them again. Ordered 12 windows and 1 french door from them, and install and quality was exactly what they represented, very honest and good quality.

If you're ok with receiving your windows in 6 months to a year after ordering, with several of them being damaged, then go ahead and order through Window World. I ordered standard windows in July of 2021 and am still waiting and am now months behind on being able to rent out my house. I never write bad reviews, but this is just horrible business. Please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere or just buy windows from a big box store.

I wanted to send kudos regarding the manner in which Jaime Somaini handles his daily work and his clients. Jaime tries to understand the customers’ requirements and ensures he’s able to deliver those requests. Deliberate in his approach, persistent to achieve the customers’ satisfaction, and engaging during the process, he is the right man for the job in such a customer-oriented business. Well, it's now been since May of 2020 that we ordered a door and bathroom window from Window World. The only time we get a call to say Window World is working on our order is when I post on social media.
Our patio door was installed 15 months after the order was taken and paid for. The installation is horrible, absolutely no quality control. When they installed the door, they "forgot" to install treated wood at the footer so they covered the untreated wood with a white tin. Looks great, right? The master bathroom window has yet to be replaced with a product that is not flawed. We are now waiting

I am pleased with the sales team. Very communicative. I was told 12-15 weeks out for install. I know there are supply chain issues but it has now been 16 weeks since I have paid my 50% deposit and I just received a call that it will probably be another six weeks. Will update as we get closer to installation.

James, Brandon, and Bruno went above and beyond for me. There was a mixup on the number of windows (which I don’t blame them for), and James and Brandon went to the factory and sifted through 1500 windows to find two in stock that fit… and got them here and installed them same-day while Bruno and the crew were still here. Everything looks amazing, and the price was right!

Avoid this company at all costs.
1. They incorrectly measured my windows by several inches.
2. When they came to install the windows with the correct measurements, they did a bad enough job that my neighbors came by and suggested I get a refund / ask them to redo the work
3. The installer left trash and debris on my neighbor's driveway, and broke their gate during the install (another $150 to repair)
4. They finally came and re-did the work, but one of the windows won't fully lock
5. Every single person I've interacted with has dropped the ball. I've been left on hold for 20 minutes at a time

Cameron Moore met with me in June to teach me about Window World windows and to share options and samples with me. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and detail oriented. I was impressed with the quality and pricing, so I signed a contract. The installation was fantastic as the respectful installers took their time to do a quality job and cleaned up very well afterwards. These windows are so nice! Love my new energy saving double pane windows and door. Took a couple of months for the order to come in but worth the wait. Also added new shutters that will never need to be painted. They look so clean and will be safer. The old original single pane windows were close to impossible to open. All and all I very satisfied. I used this company as they are recommended by Dave Ramsey and the son of a friend who does remodling on high end homes.
