Called and made an appointment. Waited for them to show at the time that was scheduled. After 45 minutes, we called them and the guy said he forgot about the appointment. Needed them to flush a sewage pipe and scope it with a camera to see if there were any leaks. Guy came and asked if we had old towels or sheets so he wouldn’t get the floors dirty. Asked if we had a USB drive to record the video that he could “borrow”. Had to erase one and give it to him. When he was done he took the usb drive with him. Still haven’t gotten it back. Sends us an overpriced quote with what needed to be done

Our AC decided to break on a Sunday night. Bright and early Monday morning, we spoke to the owner. He was so helpful and wanted our problem fixed ASAP. Within the hour, Dave was here and figured out the problem immediately. He is so friendly and so knowledgeable on the subject. He was able to fix what we thought couldn’t be fixed! I would highly recommend Carpinet Plumbing/Heat. They’re very professional, prompt and friendly!

Can't say enough about these guys...from their office support to the mechanics that come to the house. They are all so friendly, but more importantly, they are punctual and very good at what they do. We have used them for years (and) have never had a bad experience. Whether it's Dave, Mike or any other person from Carpinet that comes, they couldn't be nicer. I highly recommend this outfit. They truly care about the people they service.

My furnace broke down on Saturday morning. I called several plumbers advertising 24 hour emergency service. All I got was voicemails. I called Carpinet and they had a plumber at my door within the hour. He was friendly and had my furnace up and running in less than an hour. He pointed out several things I needed done and some things I was doing wrong. I'm going to give them my future plumbing business. AA++.

Carpinet Plumbing installed a new hot water heater in my home in October of 2020. The new heater was not an exact match, therefore the fit was different. Instead of slightly moving the pipes for a correct install, they jammed the water heater in. The water heater was forced so tightly that the pressure release valve won't release. It was forced to the point that pressure release scraped, scratched, and gouged the concrete block wall. After the heater was installed, I called them back and they never came. I had to hire another company to come back and move the hot water heater. The second plumbing

Our hot water heater tank stopped working right before Father's Day weekend due to a power outage. Bob was the only one that was willing to come out that Monday (out of all the 10 plumbers I had called - as some did not answer nor returned my call). Him and his team did install a brand new tank in a timely manner. When they took out the old tank, they never bothered to plug the bottom of the output and left a trail of dirty brown water from the basement steps to our entryway and out the door. I cleaned up the trail of spots right away on our GOOD carpet
