We hired the CleanUp Guys for mold removal in our garage and after a leak in our house from our roof. Mike and team were incredibly professional and communicative. The quote was reasonable and included drywall and painting to restore the inside of our house to look better than it did before they started work. They did a great job on our garage as well, removing a lot of mold from the ceiling. I'd highly recommend them!

Heavy rain caused our finished basement to backup with water. This was our first experience with having a major home problem and using our home insurance. We were extremely please with the communication, professionalism, and attention to detail The CleanUp Guys put to our situation. We were notified by our tenants that the sewage was backing up every time the toilets were flushed. Once the backup issue was addressed I contacted The CleanUp Guys and Julius responded in a very timely manner. I sent him a picture of the mess that was left behind and he was there the same day. My biggest concerns were concerns of illness due to bacteria, etc. Julius was in constant contact with me and provided pictures when the job was complete. The place was cleaned

Beware.....I. had an appointment set up for a week. You can see by other reviews they have a pattern of blowing off appointments if more lucrative jobs come along. The lead technician had an issue and rescheduled for the following day. When he didn't show up I texted him and was told he was tied up but my job was given to someone else who "skipped me" due to flood jobs (which obviously are pricier than my job). I need this job done in the next 2 weeks and now I have to start from scratch. No call no apology nothing....I don't know how a business owner just blows off a potential

I can't say enough good things about the service. Mike was extremely responsive and helpful. The discussion and follow up quote was prompt and professional. The crew showed up on time and was friendly. We had a basement with 80 years of dirt and dust. The walls and floor needed to be power washed and then sealed. There was chipping paint and numerous other obstacles. On Day 1 of 2 we returned home and the basement was immaculate. I don't know how they did it. The equipment was impeccably packed up and the basement was airing out as Mike originally stated. Day 2 was painting day

I called this company due to the age of the company and also some of the most recent reviews. Seemed reliable and of good quality online. The gentleman that answered the line when I initially called was courteous. He collected all of the contact and property info. A few minutes later I received a call from either a project manager or the field tech. We talked very briefly about the property, the issue and quoted me the minimum over the phone which I appreciated. We didn't have too much water an area of 2x5 sq. ft. We needed mold remediation as a condition to sell our house. We contacted the CleanUP Guys, we settled on $800 or so for services, and they were able to resolve, remove, remediate the patches of mold in our basement within 1 business day after the initial site visit.
They provided a mold remediation certificate shortly thereafter which served as evidence to the buying attorney that we handled the mold in our basement.

I couldn't recommend The CleanUP Guys more. We were assigned general contractor, Mike C. and his team. Ensure you ask for Mike when requesting a team. Sherman (owner) was very responsive in his emails as well.
Mike and his team restored our basement to its former glory after it was destroyed by a broken sump pump. The company that we hired to perform the water mitigation did not do as thorough of a job, however Mike and his team rectified all of that without a second thought.
To say we are happy is an understatement. Our basement is even better than before.

Hired this company to do water mitigation, And wrongly trusted that they would do a comprehensive job. Now we are finding out that they pretty much ignored removing water from under the floors, and I am dealing with a nightmare. Their only response to this is that I must have had some subsequent incident. Which is absolutely ridiculous. As though I wouldn't know if there was a subsequent incident. As the new company that came to appraise for wall eebuild said "this water mitigation company didn't do you any favors."

They scheduled an appointed for me. I kept waiting on them, then texted them about their eta - no response. So I called them & then the guy told me to call their main office. So I did & they told me that they had people with flooding etc whatever - basically they won't show up for me. Apparently my little studio apartment job wasn't a priority for them. I am extremely pissed cause I got ready for their cleaning & moved around a bunch of stuff. This is during the weekday too. So maybe they'll treat you better, keep their appointment if you can make enough $ for them.

I needed debris and dirt trapped under the staircase of a back porch area cleaned up. In addition, we had the basement walkway outside of the storage units cleaned.
Two guys came out with the equipment needed to complete the work. They hauled away bags of trash and shoved piles of debris, then swept, and power washed all areas cleaned with a fresh scent.

We had a pre-weekend flood from a running toilet in our basement. The insurer said they wouldn't be able to get out until the following Monday. I called Friday morning and Sherman and his crew showed up late that day and worked into the evening to contain the problem.
