I would not reccomend these guys at all. They have been doing my service for the last 3 years and the quality of service gets worse each time. They are unreasonably expensive. They are very un organized. Now they raise their prices for no reason. Robert gave me a quote last year. When I recently called him and told him i think he can do better on the price he said the price is going up because that quote was given last year. I have been a loyal customer for years and they have never once told me there's a time frame on quotes. I think they should do the install at the original agreed price and

I had this company install an air unit in the winter. Cody said he would come back this summer and do warranty paperwork and start up the unit. I am having problems with my unit. I have made several calls to them but none of my calls have been returned. I cannot reccomend Robert Jones heating and air due to the fact that they have not followed through with what they promised and they are not answering my calls to fix my AC.

This is a great company. Honest, respectful, and trustworthy. We used them when my mother needed a new central air unit for the downstairs, and my furnace needed a new electrical board. They came out the same day I called, and had the jobs complete within a couple days! We will be calling them again to do maintenance on our furnaces before winter. I highly recommend this company!

Robert and his son have been my heating and air repair team since 2011. They are both good honest men who do excellent work. They installed a furnace for me in 2011 and it has been a godsend. They are more than reasonable on price and they respond quickly when needed. Just like a family Doctor, Dentist or barber I can't imagine anyone other than Robert doing my heating and air work for me. Please give them a call and I know you will feel the same after you see their work.
