I got an email saying I moved out of my unit when I didn't a month before my actual date, and called to talk to someone and so far I have sat on hold for a half hour waiting to talk to someone. I have a 10×15 storage unit full of everything for a home for my 5 kids and I. Im a single mom. Potentially going to lose all of mine and my kids things

Awful storage unit. I've had a storage unit for four years in Philadelphia with absolutely no problems, and I've been here for less than 6 months and I've had at least one major problem a month.
First of all the unit I rented was already being used by someone else. I tried explaining this to the management for MONTHS and it was like talking to a brick wall. I finally had to throw a fit to make them understand once they put a lock on my unit for failure to pay, because they still hadn't updated that the unit I was in was not what was listed.

I don't know if Security Storage even reads this review. I don't know if their company even exist anymore . I have been trying personally and members of my family have been trying to get in touch with someone from security storage from the past 2 weeks. As of the writing of this review it is June 2nd 2021. I have called their phone number numerous times only to get answering machines. There is no email address that I saw on their website in order to get in touch with them. I've been trying to get in touch with them so I could access my items on their property. Either the gate code has changed are
