Remodeling and building an addition to a 1902 brick farmhouse proved to be a challenge, but Dennis Thiel was able to resolve each issue. He utilized the architectural qualities i.e. cream city brick and archways from doors and windows to create a beautiful look to the addition. He had wonderful ideas for using one of our stained glass windows in the archway.
Dennis Thiel Builders built our home for us about five years ago. We were very concerned about the heating cost due to building out in the country. Dennis is very knowledgeable about the current ways to lower the cost of heating a home. Dennis presented to us several options to upgrade and improve the efficiency of our home.
