Century Custom Homes has been serving families in Denton County, Texas and the surrounding area since 2003. We have built a number of homes on acreage and in established neighborhoods. We pride ourselves on personal attention and strive to stay a small builder in a growing market. We use energy saving techniques that make sense, while staying within the owner's budget.

Century Custom Homes was established in 2003 by David Andrews. David's goal is to build high quality homes for a reasonable price while providing personal attention to each new family. Century Custom Homes builds under 10 homes a year with a primary focusof building on acre age properties in Denton County, Texas.
About half of our projects are on lots and land already owned by the customer. We can also build on your established neighborhood lot or help you locate and negotiate a lot owned by a third party. We have built many homes for out of town and out of state customers. We can work with you directly or with your relocation agent to help identify the ideal part of town for you and provide insider feedback on the best areas to live in.
In our initial meeting, we will discuss what you are looking for and arrange a time to meet with our plan designer. We can also work with your existing plan or one from our library. We start with a nice list of standard features and add any additional features that you choose. Arrange a meeting with Bobby Blagg to determine the best home loan product for your family.

David Andrews of Century Custom Homes built a beautiful home for our family. As shared by others, there are a lot of beautiful elements to the houses Century builds. However, David worked with us before and well after move-in day to make the house a home. My wife and I like David as he is just a good person. If you're looking to build a custom home in the DFW area, David is one of the absolute best. We had actually purchased a lot and were looking to design and build our first custom home. From the beginning design phase to the final nail, David helped us to make our dream home a reality. I appreciated his feedback and guidance, especially when it came to spending money for extras.
