The crew that worked on my home which was flooded was excellent. They were very professional and courteous. They patiently answered our questions and kept me updated on their progress. Phillip with Servpro was very thorough and took the time to explain the process which was reassuring. We had extensive water damage and the team moved quickly to clean up. Stan and Gary were very courteous not to interrupt our business while removing their equipment. Highly recommend the team. I used SERVPRO for a tree that fell on my house and cars after a recent storm. The company cut up and removed the tree, boarded up windows, wrapped off damaged done to my chimney, and inspected my home for water damage. Mandy was my customer service agent. She worked tirelessly to ensure I received same day service. She kept me informed, and she continuously corresponded via phone calls and text messages. Even though it was a Sunday, services were performed expeditiously. Those that came out to do the work went above and beyond as well. I highly recommend this company and their services.

Our water tank exploded and flooded our garage and house around 1 AM Easter morning. We called ServPro and representative Mandy helped us. Could not believe at that hour of morning there was someone on phone to guide us through the process who was knowledgeable and thorough. She had all the answers we needed, and made us feel that we had called the right number! She had her team at our house early Easter morning and they began the cleanup and have done an amazing job digging us out of a real mess.

Mandy from Servpro of Marietta is one of the most efficient, kind, responsive, and knowledgeable people I’ve met. I was so stressed out after I got a call from my tenants reporting flooding in the house. Mandy helped me calm down and walked me through the process. The service team arrived at the house in less than 2 hours and explained what needed to be done step by step. I highly recommend this company!
