We arrived at our vacation home Thursday (Oct 14) and found a water leak behind a shower. We had to turn the water off and began calling anyone we could think of. We had other family members coming Saturday and were in a panic. A friend mentioned a company in Murphy (an hour away from us) “All About Plumbing” and no one had gotten back to us so we tried them. By now it was after 5:00 and luckily Steve answered the phone. We discussed the situation and sent a couple of pictures so he could get an idea of the problem. Steve and Liz did a great job , I have a claw foot tub that was jerry rigged by the previous owner. They came in and took care of it in a timely manner. Also they took the extra time to show me and find my main cutoffs. Super nice and personable people. Not to mention I called them the day of and they were able to squeeze me in. Overall I feel like their service deserves five stars. They didn’t try to overprice or haggle me like some other services in the area might. Will definitely be giving Steve and Liz a call for any of my other plumbing needs. Great Job All About Plumbing!

I had a flood in our basement due to septic issues. Also had a leak on water filter system. They changed filter, repaired leak. Located septic tank for septic service to come to empty. They were the only plumbing service to return my call on a Sunday and come out immediately to take care of our issues . They were outstanding, professional and a pleasure to do business with. Explained in detail exactly what our issues were and took care of them promptly. Would highly reccomend All about Plumbing for quality work, professional and courteous service.

We had All About Plumbing come over this morning to repair a leaking pipe in our basement. They came just when they said they would and did an excellent job repairing the leak. Had them redo plumbing system coming into the house, new filtration system, tankless water heater and other miscellaneous repairs to correct long-standing plumbing issues at mountain house. After properly hooking up our 2 hot water heaters (which was 100% cleaner and nicer looking than the original plumbing company's installation), installing the circulating pump, and placing a circulation line in our master bathroom (the furthest point from the water heaters) we no longer have to wait 8 minutes while wasting water down the drain for the water to get hot!! Plus, they're very friendly, professional, clean, and respectful (both of my time and personality). Liz continued to update me as the date of their arrival came closer and even called to let me know when they were on their way.
