The employees of this company are rude and unprofessional. I was driving down the street and there COMPANIES VAN tried to run me off the road, had the nerve to throw a cup at my car and jump out on me when I pulled over . I recorded a video because I was so blown. I called the company and they gave me an email address that didn’t work. If they don’t care how people act in there uniform then how can they care bout the jobs they have there employees doing.

On Thursday morning, 5/6/21, my wife woke up to find water in our bedroom. When I checked it out I discovered that a feed line for our front bathroom sink had ruptured. I started cleaning up the water and had my wife call ServPro. This was around 3:00 AM. A technician was at our door by 4:30 AM and began the cleanup process. Unfortunately the carpet was ruined so the tech, Tom, and his assistant, Mike, removed all of the carpet and set up the dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the walls. They worked as fast as they could and did a fabulous job.

We were blown away by the service provided by Servpro of South Orange County. They were very quick to respond to our need for mold remediation, drying of our ceiling, and drywall replacement. Not only were they quick to scope our problem, they were swift to take action to fix the issue. The price was more than reasonable and they did a fantastic job. Think twice about calling this company. Call around first, my biggest mistake was trusting this company to follow through and be upfront about pricing. They came out to asset the damages left the equipment to dry up a small leak and that they would be back the next day to check on the progress. They next day he said it was 80% dry and they would be back the next day to pick up their equipment and provide me with an invoice and an estimate for the drywall repair. The following day Manager Mike calls asking if they could leave the equipment for another day, I said no and pick up your equipment. He

I wanted to share with everyone how impressed we are with the entire team at SERVPRO of South Orange County. While on vacation I was notified by maintenance staff of a flood that had occurred at my condo in downtown Orlando. Luckily I called SERVPRO of South Orange County and was connected to Julie right away despite it being 7 am on a Sunday morning.
