Services
All Pro Water Damage & Mold Removal Experts was founded in 2007 with the mission to help homeowners and business owners mitigate water damage and mold related exposures. Our team of Mold Remediators and Mold Inspectors will aid in determining the cause and origin of the issue which allows us to tailor a specific scope of work for each project.
The process of evaluating the full scope of a mold problem visually can be difficult. Oftentimes mold inspection requires an expert Certified Mold Assessor (CMA) or an Industrial Hygienist to test the affected areas. The mold inspection results can help determine which ares have elevated levels of mold and mildew growth, which is key in determining how the mold should be remediated.
The key to mold prevention is moisture control. Mold needs moisture to thrive, so a dry home or office is a healthy home or office. Mold loves to hang around showers, tubs, and sinks because they are notorious havens for moisture. If you think you may have a leak, contact us (we're available 24/7/365) for a FREE moisture evaluation.
Mold can grow on many surfaces, on porous materials such as drywall or concrete, or within living organisms and in decaying organic matter. The process of mold removal depends largely on the areas affected and the size of the mold exposure. A visual inspection and evaluation of the structure should be done to determine the potential scope of damage and the cause and origin of the mold problem.
The effects that mold can have on your health vary from person to person but are typically allergic in nature. Please consult a health professional if you think you have symptoms related to mold exposure. Removing the mold form the structure you occupy (home, office, etc.) should be one of the first steps you take to limit the health effects of mold exposure.

I'm so thankful that our mold inspector recommended Adam and his team to do our remediation. We had mold start behind our shower and spread into our kitchen, and I didn't really know what to do. I had the inspection done, and then they recommended Adam. I called, and he came out to the house a day or two later to work on an estimate. He was nice enough to email our insurance company to try to speed up the process. He answered many emails, texts, and phone calls from me, and never made me feel like I was bothering him. The guys did a fantastic job in our house, and I felt comfortable leaving
