Called and emailed them about irrigation blowouts. The promptly responded (both in email and by phone) to let me know they didn't offer that service, but gave me the name/number of someone who did. Sadly, this qualifies as over-performing in my book. Nowadays it's rare that a contractor/service provider would take the time to even respond to an inquiry that doesn't benefit them. Most Denver contractors are too busy to respond or even show up to bid. I appreciated their response, and would recommend you consider them based on that alone.

We hired GTO to help us renovate a patio (build a drain, install a sump pump & build a counter top with built in grill). Right before the installation I was told that their grill distributor "was out of business" and they added a comparable grill to the project at 2x the price ($1,500 > $3,000). When I sent more affordable links to other grills, I was told I should purchase my own equipment and I'd only be charged for the installation. I was excited. It didn't last long. We had Showcase Landscaping come and do some work routing our downspouts and am very happy with the work and how they put the yard back together when done. They used higher quality parts than I expected and the guys who did the work were professional. I recommend them.
