After waiting around for a couple days to get my home warranty to fix my AC, I decided I had enough. I called Professor Cool in the morning and they were able to send someone out that day. Very professional and very responsive. Initially when I called it was 7am and got a call back within 30min. Rob came out and worked to identity the issue. He was very thorough in detailing the issue and with all the questions I had. Let me know the issue and the part that had to be ordered. Let me know to expect a delay with the holiday weekend on the part. We were able to get scheduled for a fix within a week. Would highly recommend using them. Great local business, even better people!

Danny and 2 of his crew members, Christian and Jerome arrived this morning and completely removed my ac unit including air handler and replaced with a new system including new lines and wiring. These guys are awesome!!! Each knew their game plan and went into action and completed the job professionally and in a timely manner. Chris was working on our inside unit install all day, being meticulous. Clean and so polite. Rob is one of the owners and was there installing the outdoor unit. He was helpful from start to finish! Read great reviews on Nextdoor. Having problems hearing exhaust vent flap ion windy days and having a neighbors smoke in a single family home (no attachment) coming into my home and causing Sever allergic reactions. The man that answered shared they only work on units and to try someone else. Disappointing

I got a second opinion from this company, and I am so glad I did. They were able to fix the problem that the first company did not fix. I now have peace of mind that my ac is working properly and I will not have anymore leaks on my ceiling. If you need ac/heating work done, give them a call, they are honest and will not try to up sell you on something that you do not need. They will also educate you on how to keep your unit working properly so that it will not break down on you.

Nothing like getting home on this Saturday, Florida afternoon and your air conditioner is not working. Lucky for me, I happened to call the closest repair company and Rob answers the call. Danny was one of five firms that I interviewed for my central air conditioner replacement. Of the five, he was the only one to make pressure measurements in the plenum, which justified his making the recommendation of enlarging the plenum. Two others made the same recommendation, but only by eyeballing the system. Danny also asked about how we used the system, what our favorite temperatures were, and what the main factor in wanting to update a working system was (in our case, better dehumidification). He recommended at 4-Ton, 16 SEER, single speed compressor, with a variable speed air handler.

Danny, the owner, was very professional and a straight shooter. From the very beginning, he was honest and straight to the point. He told us to look around to compare prices but we couldn't find any companies who beat him. He installed an entire AC unit for us which entailed the grueling task of going into the attic for our particular unit. He spent 8 hrs on the job, sweating the entire time and never complained once. He also was able to get us an interest free payment plan. Would highly recommend this company.
