The cleaning guy called and said he wanted to come early because he had nothing to do. He arrived and parked then proceeded to leave without any notice. I called him and he never answered after he had already called me four times to come early. They are very unprofessional and rude. I called customer service and the lady said, "I don't know where he is at, why are you asking me." Then she placed me on hold for ten minutes. Then she tells me the" Supervisor" is on a business call🧐🤥

I had found out about HD ChemDry though their ad in the Michiana Saver. I have had other cleaning services come out before and thought I would try them this time. I was very impressed from the start when I made a call to schedule the appointment. They were kind and informative and answered all my questions. They were quick to get me on the schedule!. Heath came out and cleaned my carpets and I was very impressed with how professional and kind he was. Our carpet looks absolutely, amazingly clean after HD Chem Dry cleaned them. Honestly, I had put off having it done because other cleaning businesses left me thinking there was not much difference when they were done. Well!! Heath from HD Chem Dry took 10 years off the look of our almond color carpet! The house smells better and that never happened with other service providers. Carpet dried quickly, he worked quickly and is so pleasant. I will never call anyone else.

I have been using HD Chem-Dry for many years. They are the best. They are very helpful and courteous on the phone and they work hard to schedule you as soon as possible. Their work is excellent. The carpet is always fresh and clean when they are finished, and the drying time is minimal. Heath Davis works hard to be sure you are satisfied. If you have pet stains and odors, they are gone when Chem-Dry completes their work. I just recently had my furniture cleaned and it looks like new. I would never use another cleaning service.

Chem-Dry of Saint Joseph County and Chem-Dry HD is a horrible business. I do not recommend them. Owner came out to my property and looked at when needed be cleaned. I had two stains to show him that were recent one was spilled coffee. All he did is ask crazy questions like " what about this" it is an air mattress. He said what am I supposed to do with it. And I said just moving on its side and I love the way or we can just deflate it. and he was just throwing a fit saying I don't know if you know how it works we only play in the high traffic areas we don't clean and move things and we don't have
