God bless this business! The car wasn’t recognizing my car key. The owner took the time to guide me over the phone on how to start it. He offered recommendations and how to get it replaced without spending too much. I highly recommend Ignition Car Key Detroit if you need car key programmer or new car key or car key cutting, call them.

Critical: Professionalism
When I called the first time, they lied and said they don’t do services for my zip code despite them being right down the street and in the same zip code. Then when I called again after realizing this, they kept declining my calls. I’ve never seen a business that doesn’t want customers.

If I could score them -5 I would. These people are scam artist that take advantage of hard working people. My son had an issue with his ignition. Their employee claimed it was no problem and he could fix it. Once he was done my son's car wouldn't start. This was never an issue til their locksmith got his hands on it. First he tried to blame the car battery just to get paid. Once it was verified that the battery was fine he then blamed the key not being programmed properly. Instead of just telling my son he didnt know what the hell he was doing he block my son's phone and so did this company's office
