I called for an estimate a year ago and they said that someone was sent out and an estimate was mailed to us. I contacted them and made plans on work to be done, what door I wanted and everything that needed ordered and they said it would be all ordered and installed within a month or so, so ok.
After no news or anything after almost two and half months I called and asked to speak to someone regarding our work. They never called back. I called the next day and talked to the owner or someone who said they were the owner and he said our parts were still on order. After several months later, I called
