We hired Lindye Galloway Interiors back in November of 2019. After two separate installations our house was finally fully furnished by May of 2020. We were pleased with the end result. Our house looked great and suited our needs. The communication had been mostly easy and professional. I have later on also ordered items thru the Lindye Galloway Shoppe without any issues.
I do wish the design, ordering and installation process would have gone more smooth though. We did feel like we were not always told the truth about actual lead times and progress of the ordered pieces. It ended up taking much

First off, the only reason it was peaceful for you is because I decided to not sue you for the $47K we had given you, knowing I would spend the same amount in attorney fees getting it back just didn't make sense. You didn't even have our contract since you lost it in a flood. I purchased the Thalia pillow from Lindye Galloway’s online shop. The process of purchasing this pillow on the site was extremely simple and straightforward. Which makes for a great online shopping experience. The delivery of the pillow was exceptionally timely and was exactly as pictured (even more beautiful in person). The quality of the item, ease of use of the site and punctual shipping were unlike other popular interior e-commerce sites. We have used interior designers on other custom homes, but they were not anywhere as collaborative, creative or as organized as Lindye and her team. She helped us envision the home before construction started, she coordinated design details with the construction team all along the way, and during construction meetings she was the critical detail-oriented eye who pushed the contractor to do things right! It took a lot of pressure off us to force the contractor to follow the design details. And the furnishing, amazing! Lindye took a lot of the stress out of our down-to-the-studs remodel. Not only was the whole team very kind and fun to work with, they were always professional and detail-oriented. They were helpful problem solvers, great communicators, and most importantly, they had a beautiful vision for our home.

I have been holding off from writing this review but as Lindye continues to break our privacy agreement I've decided to share what an absolutely awful experience we had with her and I am mortified that I recommended her to a close friend who also had a nearly identical terrible experience. We spent SO much money doing the interiors of our home with Lindye. I do not believe she considered us as a family before making her furniture selections. From day 1 it was what would look best on instagram/ her site, not what was appropriate for this family with a 5 year old. After delivering the furniture

Straight up, hire her. Lindye and her team were essential in getting our dream home situated and making sure every last detail was taken care of as we embarked on a massive remodel.
She worked with our budget, troubleshot when necessary and was a crucial partner in this process. She was friendly, professional and ultimately a real human when dealing with sometimes stressful situations.

Lindye came recommended via some mutual friends when we started on our remodeling adventure and after we met and hung out, we felt extremely comfortable and at ease with her taste and abilities.
