We own several Duplex in the Janesville area and the former owners had not kept maintenance as a priority. In a two bay garage, one bay door opener worked sporadically and the other didn't work and I was told by the tenant, at his exit interview, that the door had not worked in years. I called River Valley Door and they came to service the doors. To my amazement, it took less than 30 minutes to maintain and repair both doors and return them to full operational condition. They have our business from here on out!!!
