I was thoroughly pleased with the work Rodrigo and his crew did on our deck. There were years of several layers of latex stain that needed to be sanded off before a fresh coat of oil based stain that needed to be applied to two levels of deck and accompanying stairs. One other company didn't want to do the work and two other companies provided bids much higher than Kings Refinish. The crew showed up on time each day and worked very hard to complete the job before the rains came. The finished product looked better than I had anticipated. I'll definitely use Kings Refinish again and recommend them

Rodrigo is an expert in staining IPE deck. He stained 2 large decks, fence and deck skirt panel in a timely manner and his workers were very professional. I have been getting raving comments from everyone on how good it looks. His father was the builder for my IPE decks and fence that was done beautifully with superior craftsmanship. These guys specialize on IPE decks.

My decks look like new! Wow! Rodrigo and his team were prompt, kept everything tidy, and did an amazing job. My decks had been stained previously, but the company who refinished them, did not remove all of the old stain, but stained over it. It looked terrible. King Refinish workers actually sanded my large front and rear decks with hand sanders! All of the old residue was removed. My newly stained decks look beautiful. I won't use anyone else, ever again.

I'd recommend Rodrigo and his team to anyone! They were so thorough and professional. Very cleanly workspace, kept the house clean, barely made a sound while working, and were respectful of those in the house and our pets. The color came out perfect and the replacement boards make the entire deck look brand new. We are thrilled with how great a job they did! Cannot say enough good things about Kings Refinish! Rodrigo was an absolute pleasure to work with. He responded to me quickly, came out to see my deck within a few days and then everything went smoothly from there. He's on time, professional and very detailed. When I had an issue where my painter pressure washed my deck and removed some of the stain, Rodrigo came out right away to assess how we could fix it. What a great company! Based on other Yelp reviews, I got an estimate from Rodrigo to stain our deck and it was a great price and he offered several start days to choose from. His crew came out on time on the scheduled day and did a thorough power wash on day 1, sanded and stained on day 2, and installed new lattice under the deck on day 3. The guys were professional, wore masks, hauled away the old lattice, and were just fantastic. I wasn't sure if I wanted the lattice stained the same as deck but Rodrigo offered to let me think about it for a while, see if I liked it unpainted, and if I decided

It became time to do it once again and I decided to talk to a professional. I interviewed two companies. One insisted on using their own stain product and process. What a great experience with Kings Refinish! From start to finish, Rodrigo was extremely prompt, communicative and worked with us on our options and scheduling. We also had to reschedule a few times due to other work at the house and appreciate his flexibility and understanding!! We had a very old composite deck (over 20 years!!) that was in desperate need of TLC, Rodrigo recommended a power wash and stain to bring it back to life. It looks amazing!! I appreciated the consultation regarding restoration options and care in order to provide the best outcome for my particular deck (old and neglected). Never did I feel I was getting a rapid generic deck restore treatment. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Kings Refinish. I contacted Rodrigo for a quote and he promptly responded to schedule a time, and then followed up to let me know he was running late and would need to reschedule. I appreciated him reaching out to me and we set a time for later that day. He even texted to let me know when he was on his way.
