Jake and his company Crossett Chem-Dry are awesome! We had a situation in our home that required the immediate cleaning of our carpets. Jake came to our home after his normal working hours to accommodate our needs. The job he did turned out beautifully and we are very pleased with the outcome. I was so pleased that Jake was able to come clean my carpet on fairly short notice. He was professional and flexible with me around his arrival time and my work schedule. The carpet, which was stained and had heavy odors, looks and smells so much cleaner now!

Crossett Chem-Dry is the best, along with Jake, of course. The first week of July Jake cleaned all the carpet in a townhouse in Forest, Va for us. This is the first time we have used this company, but certainly will be the one we call on each time from now on. Jake did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the carpet cleaning services provided by Crossett Chem-Dry. Jake was very punctual. He is a very nice and courteous person. He promptly got to work on the carpets. Wow! What a great job! Jake did our entire main floor--hardwood, tile and laminate--and a few upstairs bathrooms. It now looks almost as good as it did when we moved in 25 years ago. I knew the tile/grout would clean up nicely, but wasn't sure about our hardwood floors, since they had not been refinished in 15 years (the polyurethane used in refinishing off-gasses for months and is too toxic for my lungs now). After the floors were cleaned and polished by Crossett Chem-Dry using a "green" process, they look clean and shiny again. Amazing difference! Thanks, Jake!

Jake was easy to schedule, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He was careful and hard-working and left behind clean carpets and tile/grout. I appreciated the time he spent looking with me at the problem areas and explaining the chemistry - not chemicals - he uses which is important to me. I would highly recommend him!
