Talk about service. We had a small issue with our system on Thanksgiving Day. Mark came out at 8am to make sure everything was good to go before all our company came! He was quick, professional and so kind!

I have had problems with the two prior companies to fix my heat pump. Hendershot broke my perfectly fine heatpump during a Seasonal cleaning and never came back to fix it.
Zach had the Knack to fix seamlessly what Hendershot and an "Angie" listing were not ept to do.
He was friendly.
He explained things to me.
A good technician is getting harder to find these days.
Thank God above I did not have to have a new one INSTALLED.
Zach was a Blessing.
He deserves a raise in my book.

Been having some issues with my Heat pump and called Climatrol, they came out and checked out the system and found that the issue was with my thermostat. System was back up in running within 15 minutes! Great value and great customer service. Would recommend to anyone.

Climatrol responded immediately on the weekend when my heat went out. They came out on Monday to give me an estimate and installed my new heat pump first thing Wednesday. Throughout the process, Mark was very professional, responsive and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Climatrol!

Big Thank you to Climatrol Inc. our furnace went out in middle of night we called before they even opened and Rod happened to be in the office he answered the phone my husband told him what he thought was wrong he checked to see if they had the part and within a few hours we had a working furnace! Rod and his staff at Climatrol are the best ever! I was 10 days without heat during frigid temps (house was in mid 40s- 50s most of the time) and he rescued me! Prior locals left me in mess the first two days with no heat at 5pm Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Call to Rod on Monday, quote on Tuesday, and furnace in on Thursday! I highly recommend Climatrol, Incorporated for any of your heating or A/C needs. My furnace went out early Wednesday morning, I called Mark Garner and he had a technician at the house within a hour. It was determined the heat exchanger was bad and I needed a new furnace. Mark was able to get me a new furnace and have it installed within two days. His guys showed up on time and got the job done in a timely manner. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you Mark and the installers at Climatrol, Incorporated.

Climatrol came out to look at an electrical issue we were having. As always, Mark and the team are 100% professional and narrowed down our issue. On top of the normal professionalism, Climatrol wore proper CDC PPE and was sure to sterilize anything they interacted with before they left. We have used Climatrol over the years for various HVAC issues and they always leave us as a happy customer!

Carla was friendly, courteous, she was a true angel. I asked when they could work me in and was shocked when she asked what time was good for me. Yes, she was offering to work around my… schedule. She said she had a guy finishing up a job and he would be over. 15 minutes later he was here, knew what I needed and called to make sure they had the part. In less than one hour the job was complete. This morning (at 9 degrees outside) our furnace, which is only a year old, stopped working. We called multiple furnace repair businesses only to be turned away. When we called Climatrol, they told us that they would try to fit us in, which was a relief in itself, but they also gave us some troubleshooting advice. Turns out, the advice they gave us helped us to fix the problem on our own! Because they were willing to try to fit us in AND give us advice free of charge, we will definitely be going to them for any future problems we may have! Excellent customer service!
