They came out to initial estimate, said they'd order the parts and be there in a week or two. They never showed, never called. I called, they said be there by end of week, no show no call. Called again said we'll be there this weekend. No call no show for the 3rd time. I called and left messages as we needed it done because our house was selling. No one bothered to return my phone calls, messages, or show up. Awful customer service. I do not recommend this company.

When my old opener died, after 26 years of faithful service, I contacted Keith and he said he would stop by to take a look at my problem. Next day, right on time, he did show up and he brought a good replacement unit along just in case. About an hour and a quarter later, the old unit was out and new installed. Very good work and the price was very fair. I highly recommend this company and will to my friends and family. I am so happy I didn't try this fix on my own!
