This was one of the best business experience I have had in along time. From the beginning of the first inspection with Johnathan thru the explanation of the process with the shingle selection everything went as smooth as butter. The install process with Blayne made me fell like I definitely chose the right roofing company for the job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof and would use them again without a second thought.

Blayne and Jonathan were wonderful!!! They were present, responded to calls prior to the install! Communicated every step of the way. We knew when the shingles would be delivered day before and install day of. They showed up promptly at 7:00 to start. They have a large crew of hard working people working steadily! What a mess tearing it out but, had tarps to protect bushes, etc. we left at 9:00 and they already had old shingles off entire house. Came back at 3:00 and new roof was on and by 5:15 my yard was like new, they rolled over grass to make sure all nails were retrieved. It was amazing!!

Best roofing company out there! They took good care of us from start to finish. Dave Johnson did an amazing job of handling the whole process, explaining everything in detail and helping us with our insurance claim. He was very easy to work with and just an all around nice guy! Blayne Taylor was our project manager who made sure we were happy with… their work from beginning to end. He stayed there the whole time while our roof was being done and was the last to leave making sure every detail was complete. From initial consultation, to getting the roof replacement approved by insurance, to installing the new roof, it was all done within two weeks and without any issues.
I was constantly kept informed by Jase on the status of the project and what was needed to be done to make the process most efficient. Jase personally walked the roof with the insurance adjuster helping me build my case, which was ultimately approved without question.

The Live Oak team did an excellent job! Steven was very helpful in walking us through the inspection process. Blayne during the installation was helpful letting me know how things were going during the installation while I was at work. After they installed our new roof, they blew off any debris and leaves on our patios and cleaned up very well. Known these guys a long time and would highly recommend giving them a call if you need any help with your roof.

After reaching out to 3 roofers on the 4th one we were able to connect with Zach Terrell with Live Oak Exteriors. It was such an easy process dealing with him as he did all the heavy lifting on everything else for us. All the way up to "New Roof" day he continued communicating with us through the whole process. The day of the build the crew arrived early in the morning to get the ball rolling to deliver that amazing service Zach was raving about! Great easy experience starting with Steve D. Opening with a great skillful and informative presentation. Always quickly responsive as I needed him. Matt did great managing the crew which were all hardworking and knew their job to replace my entire roof and following up with a professional cleanup. My house is happy to have a makeover thanks to Live Oak Roofing and exteriors. The new roof was done one week ago. It looks fantastic. Bryan Martin was the Sales rep. He was very professional and knowledgeable and helped me through the process. The crew was on time and finished in one day.
