Klinge is AWESOME! I broke my key in half and managed to get it out of the door. I called to see if there was any chance of making a new key. I really thought that it would be impossible but I was desperate. Anyway I was told they could try. I came in, a key was made and honestly it works better than the original! How is that possible ? Well we have used Klinge for years and will always, always recommend Klinge.

Worked on my safe. Very reasonable, and nice people. Took safe to them. Theiir young strongman muscled out of my van. Wouldn't accept any help. He could be playing for the Bengals☺. Ready in a day or so. Really cool laid back bulldog named Norman hangs out in shop, but only occasionally works on locks☺.

The people at Klinge Lock & Safe are so helpful! Whenever I need anything(keys made, new lockset,etc.) That's why I refuse to waste my time at a big box store. I know I can count on them! They always call when the specialty part I ordered arrives. They have a parking lot adjacent to their building--a convenience for their customers. My only complaint? They should tow all of the knuckleheads that do not read their signs stating "Parking Klinge Lock & Safe Only"
